Netometer ping data are collected every 15 minutes, every day of the year. Ten sites are pinged 10 times each, and grand mean minimum, mean mean, and mean max ping times are archived.

Webometer page load data are collected every 15 minutes, every day of the year. One page is downloaded from each of 10 sites, and individual and mean download times are recorded.

This chart shows the specified ping time (mean mean, mean min, or mean max) plotted against mean web page download times.

FYI: Linear regression on these data points gives a line with slope of 0.04 and y-intercept of 14.61. The correlation coefficient is 0.752874738410515.
