Some programming examples
- Web-based display of CPU use in a 64 processor system
(cpu-use.pl)
- This Perl CGI script has been operational in some version for the past
8 years or so at
http://heron.cc.ku.edu/cgi-bin/cpu-use.pl.
User identification is color-coded to improve ease-of-use, and the
program updates itself periodically to function as a continuous job monitor.
In the event that site is unavailable, try this
sample
output.
- Web-based playback of simulated reactions
(viewReactionHistories)
- This viewer is coded in Java and runs as an Applet as part of
the the Cell Simulation
Environment I built to simulate cell signaling pathways.
This is but one of
about 13
software components comprising that project, most of which were
written in Perl.
- Simple calculator Applet
(Calculet.java)
- This calculator is a shorter, but
"live" example.
- There are several tutorials that may give some insight into my programming
skills and background:
Several of these tutorials include small to medium size programs as examples.
